SUPPORTERS CLUB PLAYER OF THE YEAR DANCE - 1990
Held in the Wayfairers in Markinch at the end of the 1989/90 season, this was probably the best turn out by the fans and the players that we ever had - with Paul Sturrock, Darren Jackson, Jim McInally, Ray McKinnon, Paddy Connolly, Alan Main and John Clark all coming along for a memorable night out....for us anyway!

SUPPORTERS CLUB PLAYER OF THE YEAR DANCE - 1991
A dissapointing turn out didn't dampen the spirits at the Galloway in Markinch, with the McDaid clan boosting the attendance! Newly signed Argentinians Victor Ferreyra and Walter Rojas joined a handful of United players including Freddy Van der Hoorn and Guido Van de Kamp, with Rojas winning nearly all the raffle prizes before disappearing back to his home land without playing a competitive match!

EDINBURGH ARABS & GLENROTHES ARABS PLAYER OF THE YEAR DANCES 1993, 1994 & 1997
With the "Re-Boot" of our Club in 1993, and our membership dropping to a regular 16, for the next few seasons we held a joint event with the Edinburgh Branch, first held in the Assembly Rooms in 1993 and then the Royal Overseas Club on Princes Street in 1994 and 1997. Players at the events included Dave Bowman, Christian Dailly, Paddy Connolly, Scott Crabbe, Gordan Petric, Craig Brewster, Brian Welsh and ex-United man Darren Jackson.

DUNDEE HILTON HOTEL 1998
Two events in this section - both at the same venue in the same year. Firstly, the DUSC Federation Player of the Year Dance, with Erik Pedersen winning the award. There's also photos from T&B Subscribers Gus Hughes and Graeme Turner as they attended the magazines own Player of the Year Dance.

FEDERATION PLAYER OF THE YEAR 2004
After several years holding their POTY Doo at the Hilton, the Federation decided to hold the 2004 Dance as a more informal event, this time held at the Marquee. The Glenrothes Arabs attended to not only celebrate the season, but to honour our friend Davie McCulloch who past away only weeks before.
